Payments are milestone-based. Your project is broken into milestones and you pay as each milestone is completed and approved. Development, infrastructure and any extra costs are itemized upfront with no hidden fees.

Refunds depend on project progress. Milestones already completed and approved are non-refundable, as the work has been delivered. Unused milestone payments can be refunded per our Refund & Cancellation policy. Contact us to request a refund.

Timelines depend on scope. A script or landing page may take a few days; a full app or startup MVP takes weeks. Once you post your project, TheDevs gives you an estimated timeline and updates it daily in your project chat.

Yes. If your project is sensitive, we can sign a mutual NDA before work begins so your idea and information stay protected. Request an NDA when posting your project or in your project chat.

Do you provide source code?

Yes. You own the source code for what we build. On completion, the full source code is handed over to you, and we can also set up hosting and ongoing maintenance if you'd like us to keep it running.

Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed JWTs over HTTPS, and on clients we store tokens in the OS keychain (Keychain/Keystore/Encrypted SharedPreferences). See our Security page for the full details.
